Megan: It's finally spring, and all I want to do is put on a voluminous skirt and twirl. (And maybe befriend some little bluebirds who'll help me get dressed in the morning, Cinderella-style.) The full skirt is a classic shape that has been making a big comeback lately, and I am so excited to transition into spring with a few new skirts to style for a multitude of occasions. Nothing shouts a bare-legged hello to warmer weather quite like a fun, full, feminine skirt, and so without further delay - we present the party skirt.
Megan: There are few things in this world that are as equally fun and feminine as a tutu. I've paired this one with a striped slub tee because I like the contrast of the fluffy tulle with the casual cotton knit. The blush tone of the skirt is sweet but the athletic-inspired black and white top keep it from being too precious.

Megan: I discovered Bel & Beau's party skirts last fall, and this emerald mini has been a staple in my late winter wardrobe. It's seen alumni receptions, dinner parties, and a St. Patrick's Day celebration. The high-waisted shape and taffeta fabric are a total throwback to an era when men and women dressed for cocktail hour, and I can't help but have a total blast in this skirt, a pair of pointy-toe pumps, and a bold red lip. It's my go-to good-time party look.
